Shipping Policy
Shipping is through Australia Post. Our rates are $12.95 for 1 or 2 Spewy's and $16.95 for any order with a Bed Mat or 3 or more Spewy's included Australia wide. $19.95 to New Zealand and $30 the rest of the world.
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days of being received.
You will receive a tracking email where you can see your order and it's location.
Orders will take between 24 hours and 15 days to arrive based on where you are located.
If you purchase an item that is a Pre Order, this will be sent to you within 45 business days.
Returns Policy
Should you feel your Spewy is not satisfactory you can return in an unused, clean condition. The return will be at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty. You have 14 days to return the item from the date of receipt. Please provide your Spewy receipt to assist with your return.

We understand that some children may be active sleepers and their movement may cause the Bed Mat to move during the night. Please note that this isn't a fault with the product - we cannot guarantee that the Bed Mat will stay in place and do not offer refunds in this situation.
If your Spewy is found to be faulty please contact us via email at sales@spewy.com.au. Spewy is not responsible for tracking items in the mail you have sent. You will need to keep track/contact with your own parcel service.

GST is included in all prices on the Spewy website. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
